Executive Bios
Zlatina Ruseva-Savova, Managing Partner
Zlatina is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ruseva-Savova & Partners. She is a qualified attorney with 17+ years of high-profile international experience in advising global technology, defense, pharmaceutical, financial, telecom, IT, energy and other MNCs on implementing their investments, day-to-day business, as well as rolling out their compliance programs.
She has been a member of the Board of Directors of AmCham Bulgaria (2015-2018) and has run rule-of-law driven campaigns for removing artificial barriers to cross-border trade, rule-of-law and transparency. Her public procurement related work has been praised by the USCC and AmCham EU, and used in Brussels for the US - EU TTIP negotiations (since 2013).
As a member of the International Bar Association - London, Zlatina has been active within its Technology Law and Law Firm Management Committees. She is also a Deputy Chairperson of WE (Women Empowerment), a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Law Association, and used to be a Board member of PMI Bulgaria Chapter (U.S. NGO). She has proactively participated into The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple for barristers, London, UK (2014); Global Law Summit, London, UK (2015); Business of Law Seminars at Allen & Overy LLP, London, UK (2010 - present); Managing Client Relationships, IBA conference speaker, Munich, Germany (2012); The New Age of Health IT, Technology Law, IBA, Copenhagen, Denmark (2010); etc.

Zlatina teaches International and American Business Law at the EMBA Program, American University in Bulgaria and runs executive negotiation simulations. She was an Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna and Hayhurst Robinson international law firms (2004/07), a Legal Advisor Trainee at the Bulgarian Central Bank (2002), as well as a Legislative Assistant at the Bulgarian Parliament where she was involved in transposing EU law and made comparative researches of EU law, US law and international conventions (2000-2001).
Her publications include Global Law Firm Management, IBA - London, UK; Tort Law, Energy Law, Environmental Law, KLUWER International Encyclopedia of Laws, the Netherlands.
She holds an IPD in International M&A, College of Law of England & Wales, UK; an MBA, Central European University, Hungary; and a Masters in Law and BA, Sofia University, Bulgaria. She has a Certificate in American Business Law from Prof. S. Hochhauser, Professor at the University of Texas, USA.
Tanya is providing business consulting services to our clients - U.S. and multinational companies, on their strategic operations, investments and day-to-day business in Bulgaria, international trade, stakeholder facilitation and compliance.
Experience: an international trade advisor of U.S. exporters expanding in global markets such as Bulgaria (South-East Europe) and the Middle East, and companies entering the U.S. market. She has engagements with clients in Oman providing advisory support to bring in international partners from the USA, UK and Australia. She is also experienced in facilitating and planning U.S. trade missions like Trade Winds, and trade expos across various sectors in Europe, the USA and the Middle East.

Beatrice is providing business consulting services to our clients on their strategic operations, investments and day-to-day business in Bulgaria.
Main practice areas: customs, administrative law and trade related matters, particularly in the steel and specialty chemical sectors, representing companies before the U.S. Commerce Department and U.S. Customs and Border Protection with respect to antidumping proceedings and attendant customs issues. In 2014, 2015 and 2016 Beatrice traveled to Oman under fellowship programs, as well as advised a multinational German company seeking opportunities in the Oman Sultanate.
